@Rob O.  - definitely doing grilled meats, no argument there.  I just think the terms they used were not all that accurate.  Awesome pics, thanks for sharing.  What a trip!</description>

		<description>Ok James, true enough, the Russkies aren&#039;t much for real bubba-q, but they&#039;re very fond of doing grilled meats on skewers a la shish-kabob.  We went to a large market / crafts fair in Moscow earlier this year and ate skewers of grilled chicken with a kind of roasted flatbread that was really out of this world!
