Our peppers sucked this year but a friend had a bumper crop harvest and brought us a big ol’ bag of them tonight. Good thing too… because now I’m hungry for Kung Pow chicken!

@ Deb – It is so hard to make I hope that you can handle the recipe! In your grocery store on the Asian food isle there is a Kung Pow Chicken packet. It has all the instructions on the back! The packet doesn’t call for bell peppers, but I add them because I love bell peppers in Chinese food. The fried rice mix is also in a packet. We do actually make food from scratch sometimes! ha
