Smart Eating At Work – Part 3 – New York Times
I am a snacker at times. I guess I have an oral fixation – no homo. Since starting this quest to lose weight I have usually kept something “healthy” around to snack on. I have whole natural almonds on stash, along with some less healthy roasted & salty kind (just in case I need something different). It is hard when you are not at home to eat healthy – but there are definitely things you can keep around to keep you from taking the “easy way out”.
