Saturday Morning Nursery Crawl Vol. 2

You thought we were joking? Nope. EVERY. SINGLE. WEEKEND. WE. DO. THIS.
We lied on this one, because when I thought about it – it was actually a Sunday Morning Nursery Crawl… not Saturday. Sorry. We don’t lie… a lot. Just on the weekends… and.. umm Tuesdays. Crap. Busted.
What was in this week’s haul?
Watermelons, cantaloupes, lady bugs, tomatillos, cucumbers, jalapenos (much nacho), big jim, sweet banana peppers, daisies, dahlias and umm… a few other things that I can’t think of at the moment. Because I’m drunk (#drunkgardenchat on Tuesday nights on TWITTER! SPREAD THE WORD).
What was in your haul this week?
I think I would be single again if I did this every weekend. My husband is pretty supportive of my plant addiction but EVERY weekend might just push him over the edge.
what color are the Dhalias?
@Loree – what is sad is that we both like to do it – so there is no buffer… so we break ourselves every weekend financially.
@Anita – They are this deeper redish/orange color w/ a tiny yellow center. I think.
@Anita – I lied… looks more redish/pinkish w/ a lil tiny yellow center – look on the far left…

I went to the Morningsum Herb farm in Vacaville. I came home with Tequila peppers (never tried them but they are purple and it’s named tequila!), Bay laurel, an ornamental tobacco, and french tarragon.
You shouldn’t post this. I am REALLY trying to hold off since I’m going to be away next week for vacation. DON’T TEMPT ME.
